I am havin a problem with my Remote Procedure Call (RPC),
it keeps terminating unexpectedly and is initiated by NT
AUTHORITY\SYSTEM, any suggestions?

I suggest you get an antivirus program and keep the virus definitions
current. Also keep your windows OS up to date from windows upodate site.

In the meantime get rid of your blaster virus.
