Re-Booting Up Problem

Hi There:

Could anyone out there help me to rectify a problem?

I could shut down my computer ok in the normal way. That
is not in question.

But where the problem is, that once the computer is up
and running; and I go to Re-Boot it, it then goes though
the normal rutine; but it freezes up in the shut down
screen. It does not go on to shut down properly, and then
re-boot up. I have to shut it off at the main power
switch afterwards.

I have ran a full Diagnostic Check, I have run a full
Scan Disk Check. I have Formatted the Disk, and re-
installed everything etc. All to no avail.

Could anyone help?
