Go to Start | Run and type

regedit

Navigate to this key and expand it:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt

Under it you will see a subkey for what was added. Right click the subkey
and select Delete. Make sure you are clicking the subkey and NOT MenuExt.
