Error Messages

I am getting an error message (send error or don't send
error) evgery time I right click on my computer, my
favorites, start etc. The other 2 people listed as users
do not have this happening. I have reloaded Windows Xt
install disc, run sfc scndisk, and checked out my system
using Norton anti virus and windoctor. I'm frustrated as
Hell. Any suggestions? Thanks, BW

sign in as old user A
create a new user lets say B

go to my computer/properties/advanced/user profiles/settings
highlight one of the other user........copy to
browse to C:\documents&settings\user B
ok your way out
restart and sign in as user B....make sure it works before you delete =
the old user A
adjust user B to your liking
