Dear Sir/ Madam,
I require help in fixing a failure of Outlook and outlook
express to send e-mail larger that 10 Kb or any
attacments larker than 10 Kb...this amounts to no
attachments at all.
I get the error:
"Task 'mail.cegmail.co.za - Sending' reported error
(0x8004210B) : 'The operation timed out waiting for a
response from the sending (SMTP) server. If you continue
to receive this message, contact your server
administrator or Internet service provider (ISP)."
I have discussed this with the ISP provider with no
result, reloaded XP- no result.
My setup is a follows: digital line 64, can recieve
attachments, ??
