Windows XP Prof. .Net User ID in "User Accounts"

The .Net login (limited access) in User Accounts I
deleted in error, how can I reinstall this please, as it
was loaded without my knowledge, and without my fully
understanding the significance.

Just create an user id named ASPNET and make it part of just the Users
group: Click Start/Run and type 'control userpasswords2' (without quotes);
click Add... Make the user name as ASPNET and make it as a 'Restricted
User'.
