email telling me to go to these locations and delete all
the files in both of them. the locations are
C:\WINNT|Temp C:\Documentsand Settings\ProfileName
(LoganName)\LocalSettings\Temp Could anyone tell me step
by step how i find these locations so i can delete them.

In Windows Explorer, go to Tools-Folder Options-View and enable hidden
and System files and folders

Usually you these files are not hidden. You can go to
My Computer->
then click on "C:" (this will list a set of folders and
files)
then click on "WINNT" (this will list a set of folders and
files)
then click on "Temp"
then go to edit on the menu and click on "Select All" then
press delete key.
for the other one do the same thing except gon in
different folders that will be in this order
click on "My Computer"->"C:"->"Documents and Settings" -
>"ProfileName (LoganName)"->"LocalSettings"->"Temp"
you will do the second part only if you have user accounts
step on your computer. For a home computer you don't have
to do it.

Think you'll find Local Settings Folder is hidden by default.
