File sharing over Internet with Firewall

I have a firewall with a small LAN of 3 computers behind.
I would like to allow one computer to access one of the
computers over the internet for file sharing purposes,
using a normal "net use" network connection. Which ports
should I open on the firewall to allow this to work, or do
I need to put this computer in the DMZ?

Generally 137-139 and also the CIFS port
