I've managed to get my two XP Pro machines and wireless
HP all-in-one printer to network across a Lynksys
802.11b. Everytime I shut down the main desktop PC
(acting as the server) and restart, however, I lose
permissions to all network locations on the server
(eventhough I'm logged on as the administrator), the
print spooler deactivates, etc.
I've been using system restore to go back to a prior date
when everything was properly configured as a workaround.
Any ideas on how to get the settings to stay in effect
after system restart?
