Explorer's "back" button seems to be able to be activated
without my doing anything; when I am online, without
warning, my browser will sometimes simply load the
previous page. (If I hit "forward" then, I can get back
to where I was.) I've looked through all the various
setting options I could find and I really don't know why
it's doing this. I don't have this kind of problem in any
other application, so it isn't a mouse problem. It
happens when I'm using the mouse but not clicking; I
don't think I'm hitting any keys. I haven't been able to
reproduce this on purpose yet.
I'm not sure if this is a Win XP problem or an Explorer
problem, as I just got them both and they're so
interlinked, so apologies - and please let me know - if
this question is in the wrong place.
This never happened with my previous version in Win 98,
and it's driving me crazy.
