Incoming calls

I am using an incoming answer in the dialup network.
The modem answers on the second ring.

I have tried unsuccessfully to change this to 4-6 rings.

Does anyone have any experience with setting the answer
rings.

I have tried using the command string by entering in
ATS0=6, but that does not work.
