After a reload of XP due to a problem (not xp at fault) I
found that in the control panel Display screensaver, when
you click on the power button it should take you to the
power scheme setup. Problem is that the power setup page
is clear no scheme, cannot insert anything the four area
are greyed out and will not let you set the monitor shut
down. Have searched for power settings on all HD but
unable to find same, can anyone tell me where to look now.
