spell check

[Al Sayles]

I recently had windows XP installed. I find that when I
try to check spelling I get the message "An error occured
while the spelling was being checked". I tried the
correction in Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 224176.
Nothing chenged. I still can't get spell check. Help.

Do you have Word. Excel or Works Suite installed? OE does not have a built
in spell check. It uses the one in one of these programs.

224176 mentions some files that have to be in the Proof folder. Are they
all there?
