When installing marcomedia or other software as an
administrator user, other accounts can't "See" the
software. How can an installed software package
be "Shared" with all user accounts?

Hi,
You can try copying the shortcut from the admin to the allusers program =
folders:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs
However, you may find that some software needs to be installed under =
each profile in order to run. This is particularly true with older =
programs designed for earlier versions of Windows. For limited accounts, =
right-click the installer file (setup.exe) and use "run as" and enter an =
admin name and password. This may also help:
