Pop-Ups

I built myself a new machine and I am not sure what I did but for the past
month or so I am being bombarded with IE Pop-ups, sometimes even when IE is
not running. I am running WindowsXP Pro SP1 behind an ISA 2000 SP1 FP1
firewall. Only difference between this machine and my old one is that I
have SpySweeper installed. I uninstalled it but problem still persisted.
