Pop-Ups

If it's like the pop-ups I am getting with my win2k server
which are the grey boxed ones, it is a service that is
running called messenger, and for the life of me can't
remember right now where services is at. I know it's in
the control panel somewhere.

It's not the gray ones, we were getting those too and I disabled all
messenger services months back. it's minimized web pages that I am
getting...
