Was it media player that changed everything to XP? If so
you can probably go in to the properties/configuration or
what ever they call it in media player and change it to
record as a wav file which is needed to make "normal"
music cd's. Or you will have to get a program that will
convert and burn for you.

Jon -

A .wav file won't play on a CD player AFAIK. He needs something to
burn it as a CD-Audio file. I believe several of the third-party
burning programs out there can do this.
