You may have a corrupt catroot file or perhaps the catroot
is telling your system that these updates are already
installed. Try opening the windows\system32 folder and
then right click on your catroot and rename it to catrootA
and if you have catroot2 then rename it to catroot2A and
then try the updates. Once you have been successful you
can delete the preceeding files you renamed as you should
now have a new catroot. If it isn't successful then change
the names back to the originals. Good luck.
