On my "Windows xp Home Edition" setup disk the Phone
Answering popup box has ANSWER/Ignore buttons on it and
it first worked just fine on incoming phone calls. Now
when it pops up and you click on the Answer button my
computer disconnects from my Dial-up connection, but the
phone always gives the caller a busy signal only. It use
to let my answering machine take over. Can anyone help me
Enable this feature again ??? THANK YOU

Hi Shelly,

That's a feature of the machine you purchased, not of WinXP. I would =
reinstall the modem driver, or see if an update is available for it. If =
not, check with your manufacturer on how to reinstall the phone =
software.
