FAXING with infrared

I am wondering if anyone has had success with sending a
fax through a cell phone via an infrared port. Is there
any fax program that supports IR.?

For that matter can any one recommend a good quality fax
program, presently using the windows xp pro fax program
and have used winfax pro and neither seems to work very
well?
