View Full Version : problem with settimg up my dial-up

January 10th 04, 02:21 AM
Hi,
I have a Notebook with installed Win XP Professional. I
have a built-in modem, but when i try to configure my dial-
up connection the option for this is unavalable (the
option is inactive).
'Connect to the I-net' -> 'Set up conn manually' -> and
then the 'Connect Using dial-up modem' option is
inactive !!!

When I try only dialing via Hyper Terminal, the modem is
working as a plain Telephone ... so I guess the modem is
working?

Did anybody have such problem? What did you do?

Thanks,
Dinko
