user accounts dont work

On my other user accounts they can not access anything from
the InternetExplorer to basic programs every time an icon
is clicked an error dialog box appears(send error report
to MS)or I.E. has error restart computer! The only one
that works is the administrative account. Sometime that
gets error messages also(from just about any program that
is accessed)This requires a reboot most of the time........
