I upgraded two of the systems on the network to Win XP
Pro.The two can browse into every other system on the
network but no other system can login to the two and
neither can the two login to each other.A prompt with
Compname/Guest appears greyd out.I have run Network wizard
on each system and also disabled simple file sharing. Also
all other procedures of enabling netbios over
tcp/ip,restarting up computer browser from the
services. After running the network wizard on one of the
systems, an attempt to login in from another system gives
the following error message - "\\comp name not
accessible.you may not have permission to access
resources.Contact administrator" while the other still
provides the password prompt with guest user name. Please
Help.

Rajan,

please have a look at http://www.michna.com/kb/WxNetwork.htm and
look particularly for the chapters dealing with guest access.
