The programs you don't want others to use should be placed
only in your program folder not the all users program
folder. Right click the start button and then click
explore all users. This should open up a tree view with
all users start menu open and programs in the right pane
or just below it. Now you can reduce this window to the
task bar and then right click start again and explore all
users and then look for the + beside your name and click
it and then click your programs folder to open it and then
reducing this window to just part of the screen size you
can restore the first window you open and then drag and
drop any programs from the all users\program folder
to "your name"\programs folder. Good luck.
