i done a system restore on my pc. its a compaq presario
5000. when i was done it not bring all the programs
back. win dvd, real player and some other programs. how
do i get them back.

There should have been some CDs included with the PC.

Also, programs you installed prior to the restore are generally wiped out.

Undo Restore if this was a simple System Restore.
If this was a re-install, the software is gone, and you have to re-install
them manually.
