I was able to connect to dial-up but not communicating. A
technician from my provider told me that I needed a new
modem. I decided to go with DSL (they provided me with a
modem that bypasses my existing modem). My computer sees
the DSL line and tells me that it's working properly but
it will not communicate. I've had a technician from the
DSL company at my house for 5 hours we've tried 2
different cards and 4 different modems nothing works.
Tests on my computer say that it's working fine. Any
ideas?
