It took me 1 week just to figure out how to read an
attachment in Star-office (and another week to figure out
it's easier to just go to "words"). After all that work I
find out it's encoded. I hope someone out there can help
me decode the attachment alot faster then I would by
myself. Actually, I'm going to delete it after (1 DAY) of
trying out what you tell me to try.
P.S. (still looking for those sreen-savers)

Hi,

If something is encoded, you need to contact the sender to see what was =
used to encode it. You will need something similar in order to decode =
it.

If you are referring to a multi-part message received in Outlook =
Express, you can use ctrl+click to select all the messages, then click =
message/"combine and decode".
