Can't add XP Workstation to a domain

When we try to add an XP Professional workstation to a
domain, we get an error message that there is "Not Enough
Memory To Complete The Operation". I know that the ID
being used has the appropriate permissions - when we try
with a non admin ID we get an "Access is denied" error
message.

Any ideas?
