start menu

Close out any and all windows (print this, if not, just
leave it open). Hit the Windows Key and E at the same
time. On the left side, click Control Panel, Taskbar and
Start Menu, make sure that "Lock the Taskbar" is checked,
if not, check it, and it should pop-up, if not, good
luck, because I can't think of anything you could have
done to make it "dissappear", hopefully someone else will
post here for you!
