Hi Dianne,
Common installation problems are usually cured by restarting the =
machine, then....
1) Delete the contents of the C:\windows\temp folder, there may be a =
file in there interfering with the setup routine of the installer.
2) Turn off all other running programs, especially your antivirus =
software. Use ctrl+alt+delete, if necessary, to "end task" on everything =
except Explorer.

Thanks Rick but was already shutting down all. I deleted
Temp folder files but still get the 'Library Load
Failure'. I closed all but explorer with Ctrl+alt+del but
then install stopped with a Fatal Error (Error 54FF58h)
Wonder how a person can get online Assisted Support when
Product ID # is asked for but can't get that # unless
program installed. Grrrrrrrrrr!

Hi Dianne,
Try booting the upgrade CD, rather than starting it from within WinME.
