If you connect with a network, Windows XP seems to
automatically list it in the preferred networks window.
So, the next time you enable your wireless connection,
boom, you're connected to this network without even being
asked if this is the network you want. I know I can
remove it from the list, but why does Windows put it
there in the first place? Why is it my responsibility to
remove a preferred network that I didn't put in the list
in the first place? Does anyone know how to change the
default?
