Dial up networking on line 2

Does anybody know how to get my modem to dial through
line 2 of my telephone jack?

Connect it to line 2. You can get an adaptor to put in your telephone jack
that breaks out the two lines. Or, if you know which two wires are line 2,
use a 2 wire telephone cable that is wired to the same 2 wires that is line
2 in your telephone jack.

You have to have a cable wired to connect it to line 2... If your jack
is wired for 2 lines, the middle 2 wires are line 1 and the outer 2
wires are line 2... Just get a cable that has the middle 2 conductors
wired on the modem end and wires them to the outer 2 conductors on teh
phone jack end...
