Moving a program from one user to another

I have a program that was recently installed by one of
our distributors, it was installed on one users desktop
only! I would like to share the program with other users.
unable to share? any ideas, please help.

Contact your distributor and ask them for additional installation CDs
and licenses so you can install the program on other desktops. Programs
must be "installed".....they cannot be copied and transferred. You must
also abide by the licensing agreement for that particular program.
