All Programs

I have a question, when I go to the Start menu I get to
All Programs, the list comes up in colums. I have three
colums of programs and two of the colums are fine, but
the third colum is way off to the right hand side of the
screen. Is there any way to move that colum over , or to
make the other colums narrower so they can all fit on
there? I did try to go to another size pixel but I didn/t
like the result of the smaller fonts and screens. If any
one can help with this I would appreciate it. Thank you.
