You need to set your security settings to allow active x.
Right click on your internet explorer icon on your
desktop and then click properties and click the security
tab. Click on custom settings and the ActiveX settings
will come up. At least set them to prompt so that you can
allow the active x controls to work for the msn website.
You may also need to click on the privacy tab on the
properties box and set the bar to low.
