Try running a new program called Stinger to see if you
have a worm that your virus scan can't find that is
causing this and also turn off or disable system restore
and run your virus scan again. Don't forget to turn
system restore back on. This really sounds like one of
those crummy little viruses that your (limited) user may
have gotten from the web. These can hide in the system
restore file and your virus scan can't get to them unless
system restore is disabled while you run your scan.
