Go to internet options in control-panel,connections,
their you'll find dial-up properties,select the few
boxes that relate to dial-up,then press the connect to
internet wizard,or make a new connection tab thats list-
ed in that page,by default msn is the connection and
the software is in xp,however you do have options once
the wizard starts.Shouldnt be a problem,dial-up is the
default access. You can also go to add/remove programs,
windows programs(on the left sub menu),run or install
msn explorer, uncheck the games etc, just enable explorer,
thats dial-up connection.
