Screen saver does not activate

My screen saver does not activate at all on any of the
user accounts. Does not matter which screen saver or
background I select. It is set to do so, and I have
applied the service patch. Any ideas?

This is usually caused by an application that prevents Windows from
seeing the computer as idle. See "How to Troubleshoot By Using the
