Hello,
I have a notebook (Toshiba 3480CT) that does not have
CDROM. In order to install a fresh copy of Windows XP, I
did the following:
1) I removed the drive from notebook, and installed it
into my desktop, and I installed a fresh copy of Win-XP.
2) I removed the hard drive, and I placed it back into the
notebook. It 'tries' to boot: flashes the Windows-XP logo,
and then goes into a blue screen that says:
" A problem has been detected and windows has been shut
down to prevent damage to your computer. bla, bla,
bla, ..."
Anyone knows how to recover from this situation?
I 'll apreciate it immenselly.
Thanks
Joe
