Hi Shaun,

I don't know what Dell model you have, but my new Dell came with an
Interactive Training programme which is excellent. If you have it installed
here is how you find it: click start>all programs>accessories>microsoft
interactive training. This will give you all the basics. Your msn
messenger programme should also be found in the programme lists. As for
setting up your hotmail account, I'm afraid I'm not any help as a friend set
up my account. Perhaps the Help and Support programme will have the info
you need. You will find that, too, by clicking on the start button. Click
on the "Index" icon when Help and Support appears. Best of luck.
