File Sharing

Do you have file and printer sharing enabled? Simply
right click "My Network Places" on the desktop and choose
Properties. Then right-click on the Local Area Network
icon to open its properties. Make sure "File and Printer
sharing for Microsoft networks" is checked if it isn't
already.

Then you can share your folders or disks. Simply locate a
folder you want to share and right-click on it and choose
Sharing.
