Change the default user

Please, can someone tell me how can i change the
default user in Windows XP Home Edition.

What do you mean by default user? The order of users listed on the welcome
screen is alphabetical, and if you aren't using the welcome screen, then it
will just show the last user who logged on. If you have your machine
configured to automatically log in, this is a setting in the Tweak UI power
toy.
