Allowing access

I have a four computer network. Two XP Pro's and two Win
98SE. I need to be able to access every file on each
computer from any other computer. I have the drives all
shared on all computers. However I keep getting blocked
on the XP computers to some folders.

What do I need to do to get full access from every
computer to every computer.
