Does anyone know if it is possible to have different
TCP/IP settings (for example one static and another
dynamic) on 2 different Windows XP profiles? If so, how
do you do it?
I have a laptop that requires static IP addresses at
work, but I need dynamic at home.

Configure the network connection's TCP/IP properties to obtain an IP
address automatically. That's how it will work at home. Then, click
the Alternate Configuration tab and enter the static information for
work. Windows XP will automatically use the right configuration.
