New User Login Problems

Hi
I am facing problems when creating a new account.After I
create the account and try to login it say windows can
load the user profile and will logon with the default
profile.User File cannot be found.Could anyone help me as
to what could the reason be.

See "Error Message: Windows Cannot Load Your Profile Because It May Be
Corrupted" (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=318011).
If this happens with all new user profiles there may be a problem with
the Default user profile which is used as a template for new user
profiles. You can either reinstall Windows to repair the settings or
copy an existing and working user profile on top of the Default user
profile (in the DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\DEFAULT USER folder) via the
Control Panel > System > Advanced > User profiles > Settings.
