for no apparent reason (i have done nothing new or unusual
to the machine lately), i have begun getting the
message: "generic host process for Win 32 services has
encountered a problem and needs to close" ... and then the
browser function goes away. if i'm using IE, i'm
completely out of business. if i'm going through AOL, i
can still send/receive email sometimes. sometimes i can
use dialup to go on AOL --- but even then this same
message shows up at some point and i get bumped completely
offline. not good. would appreciate any guidance,
directions, suggestions, etc. hurry before i throw this
thing out the window. also, email me at
