After restoring WindowsXP after a hard drive crash, I
cannot get online.
My ISP walked me through several different options.
The last one we checked was whether Remote Access
Connection Manager was "started". It is not. It is
stopped. When I try to start it, i get an error that
says, "Could not start the Remote Access Connection
Manager Service on Local Computer Error 5: Access Denied"

How do I resolve this error?

I have reinstalled all of the drivers via the restore cd-
rom. I reinstalled WindowsXP.
I keep getting "No memory for track buffer" errors. I keep
getting "Specified module could not be found" errors. I
keep getting "Could not create buffers" error too.

I have deleted the NextId from the registry. I have
deleted Telephony from the registry. I will be editing a
few other items on the registry as suggested my Microsoft.
Anything else?

Any direction would be GREATLY appreciated!
