Thank you all..

It worked now :)

By combining the two procedures..

1. boot in to the safe mode (F8)
2. when you will reach the welcome screen.. press ( ctrl +
alt + del ) twice..
3. then enter the administrator password.. if u have it..
or press enter if u didn't set an administrator password..

if you follow the same steps but without the safe mode
step, you will get the same things but you will get a
message saying the you the account has been disabled :)
