IEPlugUI packages

Hi all,

I have Japanese OS with XP home edition and even Internet
Explorer (version 6.) is of Japanese. I want to change the
language of system into English. I read about IEPlugUI
packages does it work out if so how and where can I get
it? I tried to install XP professional English version but
some system didn't work so forced to reinstall Japanese
one again. Is it possible to uninstall current internet
explorer and install a new one? problem is; there is no
explorer in add/remove window. Can someone help me?
