i have windows xp pro oem cd and i install on it asus
motherboard.. Now i want to change my motherboard is my
windows xp oem cd work on new motherborad???
coz i spend 8500 Pak Rs on windows xp
plz help thanx

Yes, MS does not make system specific disc's. That is nero's trick. :)
